so as you know almost every update now has got a glitch w/ the patch which makes the update freeze at a certain time and then the time just keeps on going.. ._.

Every update is a joke,
Every update is a joke, regarding download. Its flat for minute, then downloads full speed for 5 seconds and flat again... and download time is either ridiculously big or just is stuck on like 1 minute.

I say keep refreshing.
It's kinda like when your browser stalls when getting to a web page everyone else is accessing. Refreshing it may get you a connection that actually works.
I've had it where it stalled out like others in this thread, but a quick restart or two and it downloaded normally.
Oh, and I mean restarting the patch download by closing it and opening your SK again. Not necessarily re-installing your game (if that's what you meant by re-install.)

OOO does not have very
OOO does not have very powerful servers. When all of you try to download a patch the second it becomes available, it more than likely overwhelms the servers and causes them to send incomplete or corrupt patches, from which the client is unable to progress.
All y'all can do is wait until OOO figures out how to fix it and, in the future, exercise some patience.

I did something that fixed it
I did something that fixed it for me and a friend.
If you're on steam close the update,go into your library, right click on SK->properties->local files tab->verify integrity of game cache. After it's done it should open SK directly, no update.
