^Pretty much correct.
Only use I can see is pairing it with something else that has a Poison Med UV and no built-in poison--but that's rather a niche situation.
Or I guess someone could get it to make Radiant Silvermail with. But that only really shines in shadow snarby, and poison is really not a huge problem there.
