OOO will more than likely re-release the nemesis boxes, so their value should start high, go lower, go up by a bit as people want one that missed the event, and then when OOO re-releases, their value will hit the floor again. So the best time to sell would be right before the next event. Unless you're just collecting it for no reason.

Uhh, what makes you think they will?
You keep it indefinitely, although the contents never change and you aren't likely to get a better deal if you plan on reselling it than right now.
