@Autofire, You would probably be able to classify a loadout as a costume (similary to marking it as PVP), whenever you switched to that loadout, it would just change your costume helm and costume armor.

you have two "loadout" menus, one is the one we have right now that changes your equipped weapons and armor

and the other is a "wardrobe", and it's loadouts can be called "outfits" instead. The "default" outfit would be no costume items whatsover or "No Outfit".

The equipment loadout is given more importance than the outfits. So equipping an armor/helm piece disables all outfits that use that armor/helm piece (and probably sets you to "No Outfit").

Having customiseable folders

Having customiseable folders for loadouts has been suggested before, and suits this suggestion better than simply making a new system purely for costumes....especially considering you can already just make a costume loadout.
