I'm fairly sure its the GMs
I'm fairly sure its the GMs themselves that have the rediculous base damage output. The Ban Stick is just a simple Normal damage reskin of the Leviathan Blade with a "call_event: hit_by_t3jellycube" or something like that on charge attack.
