Sometimes I just wanna switch out a single weapon because the loadout I'm trying isn't working, you know? Why is it even there in the first place?

I don't see how that can be remotely difficult to achieve. It should certainly not require such a roundabout way of preventing that specific thing.

So you can't go to T1 LD and equip a 5* weapon.
