I always fill, but I'd rather not when I see a heart pendant nub on either side. Those aren't the kind of people I want to give krogmo coins too. There should be a minimum amount of loadouts, and you should be able to inspect them all completely.

"But I dun want people to know I use HP pendants!"
Then you're a complete [cog] for using them even though you're ashamed. Don't go against your own convictions please.

You get games where neither side uses heart pendants?

Please, tell me where you find these games. I would love to play in them.

Aside from that, you can tell when someone on your team has HP trinks when their loadout is Striker and they have more pips than displayable in the left-most portion of your HUD.

Forcing inspects won't change

Forcing inspects won't change anything. All it takes is just equipping a different loadout while in the Krogmo room and waiting until you're in your lockers and changing. No loss, and keeps your loadout quiet.

I, personally, don't like revealing my loadout to everyone that fancies having a look, as half of the power comes from taking my targets by surprise. I'm not a clone though, so it actually does make a difference to me. As for clones? Who cares; 90% odds they have heart trinkies, and if they don't, then they're either really good (no change) or they're doomed. But the rest of them aren't.
Won't do anything to help you against skolvers, but will cause problems for people like myself.

Just remember peoples names and you'll start to learn which loadouts they prefer.

Once in a blue moon, in T2.

I said full inspect for all loadouts. By that, I meant that I could see other PVP loadouts they don't have equipped. This would require a loadout limit, but that might make gear selection more interesting...

No. No, absolutely not.How

No. No, absolutely not.

How many loadouts does your average clone have? Three? Basic, one with different weapons, one that shockwalks. Clones don't need many loadouts. Bombers absolutely, utterly do.

To give an example:
Blast DPS, shard DPS, vortex DPS, hybrid DPS, pure haze, haze+DPS, and type-hybrids (any loadout which includes other weapons; since this can be swords, guns or a variety, and can mix into any of the previous categories, this category can be huge) and then any you wish of them that has a variety of haze immunity themselves, for vs other bombers.
Then, we can have one of each of them per class.

And that's not even including my gunner/swords loadouts (of which there are far fewer, sure), but if I got bored of bombing halfway through a match or feel that my team doesn't know the meaning of "backup the bomber" then I'll just switch to something more interactive; limiting loadouts would absolutely cripple me.

Even if you could already look through all players loadouts, you wouldn't want to look through my list; I need to sort mine out no a weekly basis to update or get rid of the ones I don't use enough, or that don't work well enough.
So, limiting loadouts will do nothing but severely punish bombers. For the love of god we're nerfed enough, we don't need even more restrictions put in place on us that have little to no effect on swords, especially when it's just so you can check whether or not strikers have hearts. Which they do. Seriously, just assume that they do. They always do.

For the record, yes, I'm well aware that some strikers do have a lot of loadouts, and some bombers don't; but it's a ratio/averages thing. Most strikers rarely use more than a few sets because a lot of swords just aren't LD worthy. Since all bombs are equally nerfed, every single bomb is an option for bombers, increasing their potential usage, and we do get the luxury of changing class on the fly, but it does also mean we need triple the loadouts to do so.
