Assume that you get only one offer which has been lowballed (e.g. 121 cr), and the timer runs out, will you accept that bid? Or otherwise decide to deny that offer and try to continue to sell, because that offer was in no way near equivalent to the actual value. Tell me, and I'll determine if I decide to bid.
