What are exactly the "Grinchlin stalkers" what we can read at the update news? I tried to search at the wiki but found nothing at all. :S

From my experience, 1% drop rate for the hat, and they spawn once every minute in random portions of the map.
Grinchlin stalkers are recon-themed gremlins that appear in the operation crimson hammer tiers. they have been introduced to the winterfest event mission with a very large footprint (aoe that they can debuff you in while cloaked) , and can cloak unless they are damaged while cloaking.
