What is the SLOWEST movement speed in the game?
Im testing callahan right now but if u know of anything slower post here. Why am I wondering? Cuz thats haw bored I am.

You mean while charging? Lancer Knightz has data on movement speed while charging swords and handguns. Callahan is the slowest I've seen --- you move at slightly less than half of your normal speed. Some of the bombs make you move pretty slowly too (e.g. vortex bombs).
