Currently the retention period for guild records seems to be 11 days. I suggest extend the retention period to at least four upkeep cycles (28 days = 4 x 7 days).

Reason: 11 days covers only 1 upkeep cycle, which is too short. Guild administrators often need to compile statistic to determine who has contributed what in the medium to long term. Treasurer of the guild may also want to compile quarterly, semi-annually and annually reports on the financial health of the guild.
