Chaos cloak is quite a bit OP now, but i'm not a bomber so it has no effect on me. But to solve the Uselessness of the Mad Bomber suit, why not just make it charge time reduction high and damage bonus high; also, halve the the status weaknesses.

Since pretty much ever bomber is (╯°□°）╯︵ ┻━┻), I'm pretty sure OOO will revert it or fix Mad Bomber to make it useful again.

Any weapon, including bombs get med ctr with heat. Buffing the CTR bonus on the whole set means nothing since 2 meds are enough to achieve max.
Aloutght it'd help hybrids. But still annoy full bombers.

Chaos Cloak doesn't need to be reverted, it needs to be changed. I'd rather have another powerful set than have it go back to being borderline wasteful.
A mild nerf is fine.

Mad Bomber is meant to be a glass cannon bomber. This is just a stronger reinforced glass cannon designed to fire at 50mph.
Chaos cloak needs to be nerfed but this isn't the way to do it.
