Warning! Read before you post. This is a serous suggestion, not a lag rage thread. Another warning, I thought this on a car ride home, albeit a long one, so this may not be fully thought out. balancing suggestions comments will be helpful.

The lag gun is a two-shot (debatable) elemental (maybe shadow?) gimmicky gun. note that I choose elemental because I feel that would be the most useful although I am not sure if it should have a shadow branch or not. roughly look like a one-handed sniper (or a pistil with a long barrel and a scope) with an energy container at the back, mainly out of no better ideas for the looks. As it levels up, the barrel will get slightly longer, the energy container will glow brighter, and it may get some flair at the handle. Color depends on element. (EDIT) It could also look like one of the speed guns police use spiral knights-ized.(END EDIT) If anyone comes up with a better idea for the looks, tell me.

Now lets get to what it actually does. After all, I'm no good at art. I pretty much just copied antigua and the alchemer lines looks mostly for it. Anyway, the lines names will go like this, if only elemental:
2* The lag
3* Disruption
4* One Bar
5* Discon

If a shadow and ele lines:
2* The lag
3* Three Bars (ele) Shifted (shadow)
4* Two Bars (ele) Disruption (shadow)
5* One bar (ele) Discon (shadow)

Now your probably wondering why everything is named after lag. One reason is because of a bad joke. The other reason is the gimmick. The lag lines bullets, well, lag. When you shoot, the bullets wait about .5-2 seconds (depending on the * level, high levels lag more, but the bullets move faster (debatable)) before firing for 7-8 spaces. Now you may be thinking "why would anyone want that?" The answer comes in two parts. One is damage, The 5* versions damage is roughly Iron slug and callahans (though just barely under.). The other reason Is the charge. The charge would leave bullets suspended for 20-40 seconds or until the wepon is fired, in which it fires normally from the position it was in, doing no special damage, but the thing is it's like the catlyser as you can lay multiple at once, thus you are able to make traps. This wepon is mainly for killing slow enemies like lumbers, and has a hard time against wolvers and fiends. That is all I can think of.
