I have a question i been wondering for awhile now i wish to ask OOO about.

Currently, Steam accounts can't log in to the Wiki. My question here is, when will they plan to fix it as i would like to help and other stuff. That's it, i am just curious why it's taking so long, it's been there for awhile now. Of course, i know OOO may be too busy to work around it like they are busy on the BS update or so.

Make a web account.

You can sign from anywhere you have internet and you CAN edit the forums.

First, you completely ignored the question. Off-topic, read next time.

Second, i do not want to make a web account, this is why i am asking this when OOO is planning to fix it.

It takes less than 5 minutes

It takes less than 5 minutes to make a web account and then you have free roam to edit the wiki all you want. OOO may be slow with adding Steam support, but saying you just don't want to make a web account makes you lazy.

And if you want an answer: no one knows. You'll have to see if a member of staff replies.

I read topics.

Look at the time difference of the original post and mine. In that time don't you think I would get bored JUST STARING BLANKLY at your original post? Oh my god this poster reads slow. Yes i take TIME to READ before posting. I think what other posters (and me) are typing are alternatives that you can use. But oh wait THIS IS THE INTERNET course no one takes advice. Whoops forgot.

Oh and I think you answered your own question by typing:

"they are too busy"

You are experiencing a PICNIC ERROR!

Keep in mind that I'm surprised you can even do the forums via Steam.

Yes, until they do make Steam support, use an alt. It's what the GMs have said to do until then.

Sigh.

I don't mind creating alts just for the purpose of modifying wiki. But two long years and Steam users are still being treated not on par as their standalone cousins. Why is that? I thought we both paid money for the service.

Steam users were not meant to access the wiki. OOO hates them.

I too would love to edit the wiki, but feel ever so slightly discriminated against as a strong supporter of Steam, and so don't.

Don't you think OOO should fix the other clients before they touch steam? After all, steam is arguably the best client to use right now.

my 2 cents

You can log onto the forum and go into the Wiki Editor section?

Edit: This as always been my Steam account btw... So... Log-in then you have a green icon that says "Sign-in with Steam"... click on it? ^ ^

Nope. It will require us to login again using a standalone account. (Been there try that doesn't work.)
