This is going to be a long shot but.... , what if after we "open" the core , we gain a mode of transportation to are home planet. sort of like a new world to explore , but instead of it being peaceful its is currently being turned into a NEW clockwork to seal the colonys of the spiral knights?

(lika plot twist)

D:

Before the rest of the forum veterans tear you apart, mind being a little more clear and maybe providing some details?

Let's be honest here

The idea of long-term progression in this game is slow coming at best.

Balance should be a concern, but thus far appears not to be at the forefront of concern.
Storyline has been added to, but in ways that... Admittedly add to the concept that the old items no longer truly matter.
Introduction of new level content is restricted to not party friendly concepts. (argue that the BK event was party conducive)
Introduction of new balances show lack thereof of late.
No testing in the past 6 months in spite of the Spiralmon update announcement.

I still hold onto my aliens-killed-Nick-and-replaced-him-with-snails theory.

It makes more sense than what the snails have been doing in his place.

it was pretty good.
