Is there is anyway to estimate the number of active players in-game?

But before this, I have to define "Active".

Active : The player that logs in 1-3 times a week. Each log-in should be 45 mins minimum, excluding the afking minutes.

I remember seeing an old picture showing the number of registers etc... And once, I saw on Steam, that the peak number of players was around One Thousand only. Isn't that too low? I suppose...

I would also like to know this. I swear since the black kat event ended, everyone just totally abandoned the game, and my friends list is getting smaller and smaller
