Guys...

It's actually called the toasterbot. The scuttlebots that we attack are the toasterbot 2.0, we just though being killed by toasters wasn't very heroic so we started calling them something scarier

Yeah, I've run into this

Yeah, I've run into this multiple times on multiple computers. It's just an oddly textured Scuttlebot that shows up in that room and hasn't been fixed. It seems to take a floor tile texture.

Its not a odd texture.

This is actually a swarm copy of a Scuttlebot that you would see if you were doing a Shadow Lair. How it got up here i have no idea but that's what it is. I've seen tons of them down in the Shadow Lairs.
