The description of the Scary Skelly Mask says, "An upgraded skelly mask infused with the essence of fear. Wearing it will make the hair on the back of your neck stand up." Knights have hair? Discuss.

Ask OOO, they'll know.

Who knows what they look like? You've never seen them without wearing some kind of armor.

3 options:

-"Civilian" knights have hair. We are soldiers - obligatory haircuts.
-Armors like wolver have "hair" on the "back of our necks". Maybe it refers to that.
-The mask was designed by some furry creature (gremlins?) so it's description doesn't reflect knights' anatomy, but the original creator's.

Spiral Knights are bipedal humanoids... I wonder how long it's going to be before everyone understands that.

Terminators are also bipedal humanoids. They only have hair when skynet decides they should wear human skin. Kind of like humans. We only have fur if we wear fur coats.

Er...

Nokip,i think he meant organic bipedal humanoids sentients.I like the approach that juance went to,they're soliders,so their going to have haircuts. But i think it would be cool if OOO let us remove the helemt entirerly and maybe allow us to put haircuts on our knights.

There's something hinted in this thread...

Hmmm...

To me it seems more like the knights are something that wouldn't have a physical form were it not for the armor. Maybe they used to have physical forms but something went horribly wrong at some point and they lost them. And/or the original people that made some of the armor had hair/teeth/tastebuds. Who know what other kinds of beings and worlds have been sucked into Cradle...

You know what I think the Knights really are?

Like those aliens from the MIB movies that were tiny as heck and rode in human-shaped robots but a bit bigger. We are actually Knight-sized mechas!

GIVE US A MISSILE POD ALREADY, OOO

If it weren't for the armoured helmets they're wearing, then yes.
I personally like to think that my Knight has slightly long hair, but hide it inside his hood.

Edit: Added Redlawlsy's post title.

That's actually based on a real helm worn in ancient times or something I can't remember. It's real, though.

According to the wiki, "Knights resemble short humanoids with dark skin, glowing eyes, small noses, and stumpy feet.

Although their full faces are never seen because of their helms, they are assumed to have mouths because of the description of various items. "

Hover your mouse over a helm accessory and you can clearly see this. Also works for certain armor accessories.
