I don't really hang out in game. If I am playing the game, I am playing the game. That entails me being on a level fighting something.
The only time I really do anything in Haven is when I use the auction house.

Bazaar
Garrison
the lobby floor before a solo mission
at the elevator following any floor of a mission or clockworks run
in any green stuff along the walls
Moorcroft and Emberlight on solo runs
You don't scare me. As you see, I have anti-stalking places to hang.

Usually I'm at one of three places:
Clockworks t2/t3 (basil runs and casual runs)
Missions (helping guildies or playing a boss)
Guildhall (AH,crafting,everything is in GH now, no reason to deal with loading the haven 3 times back and forth)
I only go to haven or other guildhalls to join friends which is occasional.
