Hello fellow players!

I've already suggested this to the Spiral Knights staff, so no need for you doing that. Anyway, I'd like the OOO to add a "design notes" page to their spiralknights website.

What is a design notes page o.O? -Well, Adventure Quest Worlds from Artix Entertainment has one. You can visit http://aq.com/ for more info. It's a place where they post updates and pictures of upcoming events, art (armors and weapons) so on :)

Instead of using a forum, the design note page will be much more effective, and also.. easier to find. If they added a button on the Spiralknights.com Website, that leads to the design notes page, that would be awesome!

Also, I've noticed that there's no possibility for the staff to show off pictures in the forums, well in Adventure Quest World's disign notes page, they can! So it's still just a suggestion. Tell me what you guys think.

-Also someone have been complaining about the high priced energy for 5K in the markets. Think of it... when they release spiral knights, people will be crazy about energy, and the sellers will use this opertunity, and sell the energy for 10 k.. who knows?

This game kinda force players to purchase energy, because if no one bought energy with real cash, the people who plays for free, wouldn't have more than 100 a day. That's why I think they should add a merchant selling energy, only higher priced than the markets :) -thanks

I don't see the issues you

I don't see the issues you have with our current announcements forum? It is very effective and easy to find. Even more so, it's situated right here on the forums! The place where we can share opinions, discuss and question these updates. Why would you want to put this on a whole different webpage?

Also, there is a possibility for the staff to showcase pictures in the forums. They can simply link to images, which works just as good as being able to present images directly.

I don't see your "complaints" about high energy prices by the way. 5k per 100 energy is still ridiculously low. Below Emberlight you can earn 10-15k per 100 energy if you don't need to waste any on revivals. That means you can make very high profits on energy bought from the market. Shouldn't energy be more expensive than what you get for it in return from actively using them in gates?

Towards an NPC selling energy. You say that A. People won't buy enough energy with real life cash to support the in-game demand, so B. Implement an NPC selling energy above the market price? Let me work that out a little more.. Firstly, nobody would purchase energy from an NPC if it always sells at a price above the lowest available offer. So you'll need to survive on Player to Player energy trades only still, until.. until what? Energy runs out? (if that'll ever happen even) Lets say it does, the market value drops to 0, so the NPC would then give away free CE? This seems to be flawed.
Aside from this, I can assure you SK won't ever run out of CE bought by players as long as people still play this game.

True.

First, I think having a design notes page would be more effective. I haven't yet seen any pictures of the armors posted by the STAFF. Only players :U Also, klicking all the picture links makes it kinda annoying having to klick em all and wait for the page to load. Also NO this forum isn't easy to find at all, I couldn't find it on the webiste... A friend linked me the forum :L

Second, True, you can gain about 14 k on one run to the core through the emberlight gates at the moment. It's true xD

Third, you're right, people will always be selling energy, but seriously, I've heard the complaints :U Not that I'm having a problem with it myself, cause its easy to get crowns nowadays.

Martin, I'm sure the devs not

Martin, I'm sure the devs not having posted any pictures so far is not related to the way you can post images on these forums. If they wanted to post images, they would have already. Yet they haven't, so I'm sure they don't feel the need to do so.

Towards finding this forum.. Of course you can't find it easily via the website. It's a closed beta. Closed. If everybody can just google it, then it wouldn't be very closed huh :P They want to keep things discrete. Nonetheless, in your registration e-mail you're given the links to both the wiki and the forums. But I suppose you didn't quite read the e-mail seeing that you weren't aware of this.

Lastly, yes people complain. People will always complain. But right now energy is incredibly cheap. Not too long ago it was at 10-20k per 100 energy.. (maybe even more before that, but I wasn't around yet then!)
