I have been playing with a new friend and I have been doing tier one with him. But whenever I go through one elevator it uses up all 100 of my mist. It is really wierd and I canʻt play the game very much if this continues. Please help!!

Ok, my problem wasn't 100-0 mist. I started with 100 mist and 533 CE, then joined one of my friends on a mission "rank 5-2 The Sovereign Slime" First floor, when I joined. "10 mist cost for one depth." I checked my mist and it was at 40 then dropped to 30-20-10-0 in mist, then started to take from my CE that was at 533 then went to 523 CE. while this was happening I had an affect on my character that repeated its affect over and over. Once it started to take from my CE I hit "Esc" key, clicked "Return to Haven" then the game went to loading screen for Haven, at 50% loaded. The screen turned black returns to the loading screen for "rank 5-2 The Sovereign Slime" first floor. and loaded me back in there. I didn't want to risk it so I hit Esc and quit, then I reloged and I had 0 mist 523 CE.
My only guess on this is that I wasn't connected but, I hope this doesn't happen to any one who has x mist and 100 CE and the go to 90 CE for this error or simply a connection to the host, problem that keeps spending 10 energy.

Please answer these:
*Do you play on the same computer with your friend?
--If so, then it is because mist on one computer is shared, unless you two have separate accounts and the other is paid.
*Do you tab him?
--Are you familiar with tabbing? Then, if you did, you paid for his energy ride as well.
*How many levels do you do in an elevator?
--If possibly you done 10 levels, (not including terminals and sub-towns) you have depleted your mist.
