Apophis-Set told me that the Avenger ASI High is worn 7-7.5kce and a Faust ASI High is worth 8-8.5kce. So you should not trade one for one because the other person would lose out.
I'd strongly recommend you sell the Avenger ASI High and with the CE you earn, you can try purchasing the Faust ASI High separately. It would really increase your chance of finding what you want.
