Change Plauge/Pepperbox dmg's! 2 new brandish lines!

Here is an idea for the Plauge/Pepperbox line! Starting at 3 star the plauge will deal pure shadow dmg. Starting at 3 star the pepperbox line would deal pure elemental dmg! The Normal/Great/Horrible would be the same as blitz's, but with the different dmg types. Reasons are:

1: Plauge and blitz are too good a combo in FSC, so its either reduce blitz's dmg (would annoy people, including me), change blitz's dmg (same as before), make it so plauge cant deal poison (why would plauge be usefull then), or change plauge's dmg to shadow (would be best option)
2: Poison is useless against any enemy but slimes.
3: We have 2 piercing autoguns.
4: Poison is a shadow dmg status.
5: We dont have an autogun specifically for JK/IQ.
6: Pepperbox deals fire, which deals elemental.
7: Pepperbox is too good against any enemy, making it so it can outclass blitz.
8: Why would an autogun deal pure normal dmg?
9: We dont have an autogun for RT/RRT.

New Brandish's: A shadow/poison dealing line, and a pure normal, great dmg dealing line!

Normal line: Brandish - Bronzeburst Brandish - Silverbrand - Gold Grinder.
Dmg: Pure normal, all way (great dmg of combuster to all enemies)
Charge: each star level has 1 more explosion then the others, extra explosion deals double the dmg of regular explosions.
Description: A Bronze/Silver/Gold blade forged from metals mined by the strangers. The blade it self is said to be infused with the power of the heavens themselves.
Poison line: Brandish - Vileburst Brandish - Blightbrand - Maisma Dispenser.
Dmg: Shadow/Normal (deals the same dmg as combuster, but the great/horrible/normal dmg are switched to match dmg)
Charge: Same as all other brandishs. Can inflict strong poison.
Description: 3 star: A brandish upgraded to disperse maisma over a large area. Warning: Many crops have been lost to this blade, dont use it around plants, or crops. 4 star: A brandish upgraded to disperse even more maisma. Dont keep it near your lunch. 5 star: A brandish upgraded to disperse whole clouds of maisma. Warning: Highly lethal to anything it touches, dont use it for medical purposes!

1. Blitz needs a damage reduction

3. We have 4 elemental alchemers, 3 elemental brandishes, 2 normal troikas, 2 normal caliburs, 3 pierce flourishes, 2 shards per damage type. Your point is?
4. What? DVS deals normal, VV is technically elemental. Both are poison weapons. Only Biohazard is shadow. In the end, there's one poison weapon per damage type!
5. We don't have a... magnus specifically for RJP/IQ, or a regular blast bomb, or a flourish, or a polaris, or a hammer or a cutter or a winmillion either.
6. Flamberge deals fire with piercing damage. Firecracker is normal.
7. Pepperbox 'too good'? outclass blitz? hahaha, no.
8. Why not?
9. Similar to point #5

-Pure normal brandish? Get a calibur. And why does it have to be stronger with more explosions? wouldn't it 'outclass' the elemental brandishes? You were complaining about Pepperbox doing the same thing a few lines ago.... (your own #7)

-New poison/shadow brandish? What will happen to poor statusless acheron?

EDIT: Me and Little-Juances critqued similarly, but I made this before I saw Little-Juances' post.

1. Blitz Needle could use a nerf, but I don't agree with Plague Needle.

2. I think it can be pretty useful against more creatures because silkwings and menders hang around different types of monsters...

3. Why does it matter?

4. Status doesn't depend on damage type... If it did then items like Biohazard wouldn't be shadow, and Venom Veiler wouldn't be elemental. You can't just say "Poison is associated with shadow." because it's your logic. You need to think of the game's logic.

5. We don't need specific variations for a boss or mob. Think of it like this. Calibur can be upgraded into a weapon with undead advantages so do we need it to have variants for every other monster family, too?

6. Once again, status doesn't depend on what damage type what be.

7. Just because it's normal? It doesn't work that way.

8. I can't reply to that as well...

9. Same thing I said for question #5.

Brandishes

1. A pure normal Brandish is basically a Calibur. I can't exactly comprehend what you said about the damage, but if you're trying to say it'll be equivalent to Combuster... I can't see how that's simple to compare because Combuster has elemental and normal.
2. You're just making the Acheron useless, it's been suggested before, and we don't have to have too many Brandish variants.

This is probably my first critique with long details so it's bad, but I'll try to improve.

poison can disable gremlins to use pill and the mender

no, its status effect only... reducing the target's defense (aka increase any damage received by enemy), half this attack and disabling to heal themselves
in case of Silkwing, instead get healed by them, will receive little amount of damage

Pepperbox? normal weapon can works in any place (except against Oil slimes and Compound 42, unless you don't care about set this slimes on fire)

aaaaand Triglav deal Ice, dealing normal damage
aaaaand Flamberge deal fire, dealing piercing damage
aaaaand haze bomb deal stun, dealing elemental damage
...

- about the brandish:

"doing the same thing... over and over again... expecting somethings change..."
serious, you are the 3° guy in less than 6 months talking about the same thing, second guy in one week
we don't need more reskinned versions of the overpowered weapons

after all, only collectors will do more than one weapon for every damage type, in each weapon type, unless have something unique (like vortex bombs and vaporizer-like bombs)

Your points don't make any sense and/or are flawed

1: Nope. 4 Blitzes is better than 3 Blitzes and one Plague.
2: Nope. Poison is also effective on all families, since they can all be healed, especially Gremlins and Construct.
3: We have 4 elemental alchemers. We have 4 elemental Brandishes.
4: No it isn't, who told you this?
5: Yes we do: Volcanic Pepperbox.
6: Fire does not deal elemental. Fire deals untype.
7: Not really. They're both situational. Blitz moreso than Pepperbox, but neither are all powerful. The Blitz is in need of a damage nerf though.
8: Why wouldn't it?

i have one thing to say

........................................................are.................................you.....................crazy. Making plauge deal SHADOW, seriously thats like making jellys a useless monster. But +1 for the brandish lines

jusr to add

while it wld be great to make jellys easier, dark retribution makes it easy enough. Plus, i personaly think they should just tank blitz or plauge.
