I cant get prestige no matter what I do prestige missions, rank, operation crimson hammer... its annoying.
2 months now...

Well...
Let's say for example you are 5 star, but rank Knight Elite. You want to do Compound 42 with your Guildmates or Friends and they're Vanguards. If you get invited to their party because the party you were invited to was a Vanguard party, where levels start at D24, they ''have'' to do the harder levels. So conclusion: You do a different starting depth prestige mission, you don't get points.
Other than that, I don't know. Unless you're repeating Rank missions (King of Ashes) and expecting more prestige, it isn't going to happen.

RANK and prestige are 2 different things. Rank (defender, knight-elite, champion, vanguard) is leveled up by doing rank missions.
Prestige is just a random number and icon next to your name.
Are you actually doing new rank missions or repeating the old ones? OCH too, it only gives prestige once.
Prestige is useless anyways.
