Surge fur coat- 15kE market. It's Min value at 10kE; max 20kE.
Surge fur cap- 7.5kE market. It's Min value is 5kE; Max 10kE.
Storm rider mantle- 32kE is solid; Min Value 29kE; Max 40kE. Odds are, selling at 33kE - 37kE is very doable if you find a serious buyer.
Thunderous plate mail- 30kE is solid; Min Value 27kE; Max 36kE. Selling at 31kE - 35kE needs specific buyer. It's valued Less than mantle by most people, though sold at same price as mantle by most merchants; Ironic.
Storm avenger helm- 200kcr is what a recent one sold for. <- This is accurate.
Storm crusader hem- recent ones sold at 130kcrs - 150kcrs. It's 2nd to Champion helm, don't expect too much from it. <-This is accurate
Storm champion helm- I messed this up :x (It was 2AM at the time in my defense >.>) Champion helms are around the same as Crusaders.

It's Champ =< Crusader < Avenger =< Dragon < Warrior for Storm Helms
Champ is less than or equal to value of crusader. Avenger is Greater than crusader, less than or equal to value of dragon. Warrior helm is greater than dragon.

Weapons:

Sealed sword undead VH- I'm sorry to say; though Damage Bonus VH's aren't valued that much, even for Token only weapons. I've seen numerous random (Beast, Slime, Construct, ect) VH's not sell at around 50k - 70k bids, 90k - 150k b/o's. I do admit Undead VH is moderate on Sealed, if made into DA, though the people that could afford this would probably go for ASI Med instead. Sealed Sword is worth 50kcrs Non-UV; I'd say Undead VH adds 30kcrs - 40kcrs. At 90kcrs - 100kcrs; 1.1kE - 1.3kE. It would take a lot of effort or luck to sell at that price :/

Accessories:

Regal: Dragon wings-- Recent ones sold 350kcrs; Valued at that range; probably will increase to 400k - 500k overtime. Depends.
Military: Helm guards/Canteen Helm Gaurds is a solid price; I sell regular helm guards at 20k in AH a lot. Canteen is only 40kcrs+ when Few/little are selling in AH. When multiple/many are selling its down to 10kcrs - 20kcrs average. Matter of timing.
Cool: Maedate-- I've sold one of these 30kcrs at most. 25kcrs solid market. 20kcrs Min. Its less when theres more in AH. More when little/none in AH.

Snowfall Aura- 12kE - 16kE. It'll decrease nearing winter.

Book of dark rituals- Solid price, Most valuable items lack buyers because everyone's cleaned of funds from the promo last week :s
