I think I have 14, but only 6

I think I have 14, but only 6 of them are from random Black Kat spawns. I'm riding a wave of awful luck.

How in the world did you get 80 already?

I have seven, l-lol. I've only been able to find one random Black Kat spawn. I don't have access to Tier 3, so I guess it's going to be harder/near impossible for me.
