Look in the URL. It says IMF. Thus, IMF is the official abbreviation! :D

I've never heard anyone say

I've never heard anyone say ICMF. I don't even know why you would when IMF conveys exactly what you mean, and is shorter

probably you are confused. DFMF is UIMF, and those are the only 4 letters IMF can have.

Just because of this, I will not start referring to it as ICMF, despite having never done so before <3

Wat?

I've been playing this game for ~2 years now. It's always been called ICMF. I always heard it called that by others, and I've always called it that myself. The rest of you can quit being wet blankets.

Edit: 'Cept Skye. Kudos!

Thanks for your concern Krakob, but the official name is really no substitute for a commonly-recognized one. ;)

Personally everyone I know

Personally everyone I know just calls it "Roarmies" and I don't really ever hear "ICMF" or "IMF". It probably just varies from group to group in what it's generally called.

Two letter acronyms are the best of nicknames I can come up with, or at least is to my liking the most. Thus, RT is good to me.

RT refers to the actual boss, though. Not the whole factory.

For those who didn't know, the C is there for Claw.

I've heard of them called by both names, predominantly the IMF abbreviation though. However, both abbreviations fell into disuse after missions were released.

Yeah, you mostly hear Snarby/JK/RT/Vana/KoA now. A lot of people don't seem to even know what IMF and GWW are!
