Silversray has a BKC Fire Max (also has curse high tho).
I have a Stun High + Fire Med Black Kat Cowl.
I know it's not Fire MAX but it's still a pretty good PvE BKC. Let me know if it might interest you. Good luck finding one anyway ^_^
