Let me name the three legendary wolvers: The Vog Cub, the Skolver and the Snarbolax.

I will tell you some stuff about each of them and trivia!

Vog Cub: Originally it was in SK long long ago. Now considered an extinct monster. The Vog Cub Coat is completely based off this extinct creature and the Vog Cub Coat is the 2nd most popular armor set in all of spiral knights. So far this is the only Legendary Wolver not to be summoned in any weapon (more on that later). Thought to be in legion with Lord Vanaduke.

Vog Cub description: Huge wolver with resemblance with an Ashtail. Strange fiery patterns on the back and side. Teleports everywhere. Breathes fire.

The Skolver: Never appeared in spiral knights. The Skolver Coat is currently the most popular in all of spiral knights. Considered as the "King of the wild". Thought to have a enormous den with all kinds of wolvers. Its essence bite can be summoned using the charge attack of the Wild Hunting Blade.

Skolver description: Giant white wolver with a clear yellow aura, yellow eyes and sharp teeth. Looks kinda holy.

The Snarbolax:The only Legendary Wolver that can currently be fought and defeated. Snarbolax armor extremely popular! Lives in the Gloaming Wildwoods and its favorite food is knight legs. Its essence bite could be summoned using the charge attack of the Barbarous Thorn Blade!

Snarbolax Description:I don't need to tell you this.

I believe there is a sect of knights that worship Vog. Even though we all know Momo is the only one worth worshipping.

Skolver seems to be an older brother/sister kinda thing. No lore for that off the top of my head that I know of.

And snarby is just the runt that gets kicked around. How is he even legendary he's like just another wolver who belongs to a mutated subspecies or something.

Dark Briar Barrage also summons snarbolax phantasm (bigger one than BTB actually).

Answers to Questions

1.Dust-Dragon, no one knows for sure. Might be vog's true offspring (Disastrous indeed if so!) One still may think that the Vog just got a bunch of Ashtails and started changing them into more hell like creatures!

2. Traevelliath, The Fang of Vog is an awesome weapon, but its charge attack does not summon the Vog Cub. Instead, it's a giant fire explosion (Everyone knows this.)

Snarbolax is not a wolver. I doubt it's even canine beast. By the look of its snout and tail it has more in common with feline then canine.

@Annilaton: Then when do you summon an image of a Skolver? I thought the Wild Hunting Blade summoned generic wolvers, not a Skolver in particular.

Sorry if I'm coming off a bit negative. I just have to nit-pick :D

I always assumed the Snarbolax was actually that yellow fuzzy thing he becomes when stunned, just the Swarm had corrupted him. I remember someone drew the connection to Venom from Spiderman.

There are also multiple Snarbolaxes, based on the Shadow Lair.

The Skolver Coat is currently the most popular in all of spiral knights.

That title either goes to Snarbolax Coat or Vog Cub Coat seeing as piercing levels in tier 3 are usually pretty rare. Heck, even with all the freeze levels, I still don't see very many people using Skolver Coats. The only place I've ever seen that has a lot of Skolver Coats is lockdown.
On top of that, a lot of end game players tend to do FSC runs, and it's very impractical to take a Skolver coat to a location where shadow damage and fire are your biggest problems.

@Above No it doesn't. Wolvers are and were always weak. Maulos, the guy who never can attack because of the fact he refreezes himself for no reason, is already enough.
Fun fact about Vog Cub: The perma-frostifurs in Heart of Ice are ice-themed reskins of Vog Cub. However, Maulos probably fed them with everfrost or something, so I doubt there's a possibility that a freeze Vog exists.

Vog cub model is actually

Vog cub model is actually still in the game files. Like Inferno said, they're basically fire versions of the Heart of Ice frostifurs and swarm wolvers. Duskers are in the game files as well, looking like voltails with different coat patterns; I didn't start playing until the Steam update so I never got to see them, but would they count as legendary, or were they basically the same as brute jellies?

Also yeah, I'm not sure Snarby counts as a wolver. He's a furry beast that burrows, but that's about all they have in common.
