Chances of you getting an offer for this aren't all that impressive. People aren't really impressed by 'Vs. Family' damage bonuses as they could easily just throw on a few trinkets and get the same effect vs. everything they fight. Not to mention though they can deal quite a nice bit, Vortex bombs aren't known for their damage so much as they are preparing for heavy attacks from players or efficient Sprite attacks. As far as weapons are concerned, CTR and ASI are the only desirable UVs.

May be a better option to re-roll for something else. Even so much as a CTR Med will work. Made a nice 350k CR or so just auctioning 3 of those in the last few days.
