From what I know, EV is indeed 40-60k E woth CTR VH.

For your items:

Ctr med bombs are usually around 3k E, but adding 1k E because of difficulty to obtain is normalEV CTR Med therefore should be worth around 7k-8k E.

The EC CTR High is probably closer to about 10-12k E. I believe bombs with CTR High are typically 8k E, so I am not sure how much to add to EC price.

Thats my best guess. Maybe another forum person can help give you a few more numbers :)
