Will Stranger Hats be available during future events or will stranger hats be gone... forever?

Just wondering. The explorers pack (I think) has been removed ever since the Battle Sprite Update was released.

If the Stranger Hats WILL be gone... Might as well hold onto my unbound Regal one until it happens >:D
