He has no appearance for he doesn't exist! He's a name that a coalition of gremlin minds came up with to unify the race and strike fear in the heart of their enemies!
So what I'm saying is that he's actually a few gremlins standing on each other's shoulders, hidden by an oversized trench coat.

His name implies he could be machine, his colleagues indicate he might be Gremlin, but his role (and the hints of the Gremlins being an artificial race) seems to point to him being a Precurser/Ultraterrestrial.
