They forgot to add the armor costume with the shoulder guard on one shoulder similar to the almarian armor set.

Except it doesn't The anti-personnel spikes can be previewed in the auction house. They are basically an alternative to wings.
Then you weren't here in 2011, when the Power Surge weekends artwork had kat hats.
Or you haven't watched pretty much any official trailer video made.
