Splingush told me earlier today that his friend observed enemies on Elite having less health than previously. Naturally I put it to the test, and it turned out to be correct.
Enemies used to have 3/2 more health on Elite than Advanced, this has been reduced to 5/4.
Enemies on Normal used to have 2/3 the health on Normal compared to Advanced. This has been increased to 4/5.
I assume this was done to make Elite more worth it in terms payout vs time, and Normal less so.
Note that I've only tested this on Slags at D24.
