This is mysterious. Floating islands, a weird building, and the debris surrounding the planet is semi-transparent.
I theorize the building is the Titan's house, seeing how he is, well, a titan.
Strange sightings on Cradle
1. You know you linked to this thread, right? And where did you get this name from?
2. Okay.
3. Yes.
5. I know. The mountains were just a small point of interest, as they are pretty much the only realistic-looking mountains I noticed there.
1. Fixed the link. It's a name I dubbed when speculating that perhaps it's the broken birthplace and Mother of the child in the Cradle.
Too much info? It's called "learning" ^_^
You'll have to deal with yucky stuff if you want to learn anything about biology (or get a girlfriend :P)
1. Weird, transparent 2D Debris
That looks more like Cradle's rings.
2. Weird tower
I don't think that's a tower
3. Cradle is Rabid
Those are clouds.
4. You completely ignored that we could see the inside of the planet in three places that appear to be the size of small continents.
5. The '' moon '' looks like it's been hit with all of its debris flying from it. Perhaps another one of our spaceships crashed on it trying to rescue us?
6. You also ignored the solid yellow ring. Is that smoke from another ship? Maybe our ship? Or is that a more solid ring of the planet?
7. Right next to where you wrote '' Cradle is rabid, '' if you look to the left of it just a tad bit, you can see a woman's face.
8. Also, lack of Spirals, considering this game is called Spiral Knights.
"5. The '' moon '' looks like it's been hit with all of its debris flying from it. Perhaps another one of our spaceships crashed on it trying to rescue us?"
Moon DLC confirmed.
Hah! I wish lol Then again, maybe it could tie in with the whole Ghosts in the Machine plot.
I've been getting an idea for an entirely new area on the moon. I've been modeling a spaceship/ferry for the knights to take there too.
@Nepetatheleo:
1 - Yet somehow some seem to end before they circle around cradle, and they STILL are semi-transparent.
2 - Yeah, I wrote that the first time I saw it. That's why I wrote "building" in the OP.
3 - I don't think so, they don't seem to move a bit like the others. The "rabid" is a graphical joke on Rabid Wolver/Snarby's slime.
4 - We knew this all along and it was in the original Cradle pictures, much like the "clouds".
5 - No comment.
6 - the yellow Ring is definitely NOT smoke. I mean, really? If you mean these semi-transparent particles, I haven't ever seen orange smoke.
7 - Yes, I noticed the humanoid face. I thought it was just a graphical accident or it was just me, so I didn't mention it.
8 - That's because Spirals are everywhere when you zoom in (Not into the image, into the planet). Also, the moon. Do you think the Gremlins would make a giga spiral that could be seen from space just because there are spirals everywhere?
@Moon DLC: No, if the SK had any space ship that would take them to the moon they would also have the power to go back to their home world. Can't avoid plot holes.
1. Caesarea may not be a moon.
2. Since Cradle is primarily driven by internal combustion, the biproducts steam and smoke are likely candidates for the composure of those clouds.
3. It's plenty obvious that the Precursors and Gremlins have a deep understanding of antigravity and use it frequently in many of the constructions in the clockworks.
4. The surface of Cradle is far from flat and just by looking at the areas surrounding the Rescue Camp you can see the contrast in topography
