I'm planning on holding an event with the prize being 20k CE. If you guys have any ideas for the event, or any original ideas up your sleeve feel free to mail me at "Merchanter" I would like for the event to be appealing to all levels of players and that everyone has an equal opportunity to win the prize. Of course, you will not go un-rewarded for the contribution of your idea. If your idea appeals to me and I have the ability to put it in action, you will receive 5k CE for your work and possibly, you could help me with the event and net yourself even more profit. I value practicability and efficiency over un-realistic and absurd ideas.

Try to "map out" ALL of your current ideas...

...Although something that would be fun is a BN tournament! BN is underplayed right now, and much less laggy than LD. You and maybe a couple of more players could spectate the match, and record the players' KD ratio.

Or you could host a fashion competition. A fashion competition would obviously have to be three-tiered. A t1, t2, and t3 competiton, based on player tier because obviously a tier 3 player can afford way more snazzy accessories than a t1 player. T1 players get 2500ce, T2 players get 7500ce, and T3 players get 10kce.

Or, y'know...TRIVIA!!! Everybody can succeed at Trivia, and it's usually fun. Have a few categories, and draw each one out of a hat for the order.

It would be cool to do a single clockworks floor and try to get a certain amount of crowns on said floor. It'd be like blackjack, in a way.

I agree with Arkate.

Trivia tests how fast you type and how fast your mind works to find the answer.

I remember my first trivia... 1st Place won a Shadow Key, 2nd won 1000 CE, 3rd won 80k CR, 4th won 50k CR and 5th won around 10-20k CR... I got around 4th/5th...

hide and seek

Do a hide and go seek match were you can be in town square, bazzar, garrison or arcade, and people try to find you.
Rules:
1. Cannot go out of these 4 areas
2. all participants must sign up before hand so they cant just randomly find you.
3. It's made up of 10 rounds, each round has a prize of 2k ce.
4. Have fun!

@bitsbee no, because everyone is colored a dark bluish color, so you don't know who's who.

I think you'd need multiple competitions and a contest that is outside of the game in order to be inclusive to everyone while keeping variables the same (eg. something like a Clockworks race is affected by load times and lag, as well as gear, same with PvP). Things like art contests have worked well in the past, you can have more than just art to try and include more people.
