I'm Just going to put it out there, devs, will we see the return of Black Kats during this years Dark Harvest (Or similar) festival?
And, Does anyone that book thing-y that you get somehow?

Black kats have never appeared at Halloween. So far, they've appeared at the end of January and the end of August. Halloween usually features the Punkin King. So, while the developers could insert black kats at Halloween, I see no reason to believe that they will.
We just had the black kats, it'll be another 6 months at least until they show up again.
