It's actually probably today.
They're probably not gonna let the dark harvest mission slip by tomorrow for hours completely unannounced and without maskwell, bulky, dark harvest haven, etc, but rather update today and also add it to today's prestige missions too.
or else ninja it out of tomorrow's schedule and say somewhere in the forums "lol we're not quite ready yet so you weren't supposed to see that"

Halloween is in 1 week (or so)
Each wednesday is the update day... so
If you do some math, you take the integer of X2+Y5103 and you add the velocity of the Sun aligned with Saturn rings, substract the gravitation pole of the black hole.... it means that anybody could figure out tomorow is the beginning of Dark Harvest.

They're most likely already in the game files from a previous update, and will take effect tomorrow without having to update. They've done that before.

It's also safe to say it's probably not today by now, the usual update window was about 3-4 hours ago.

I only did halloween in 2011, not 2012. The wiki makes no mention of a prestige mission so I had no idea.
