Other than the prestige mission, what missions or arcade stratums are the best for finding Punkin King lairs?
Do Tier 3 clockwork tunnels and you might get lucky (Power complexes, blast furnaces, Etc).
There's a tier 2 blast furnace as the ONLY option for the ruby queen gate. Time to grind, I suppose.
Actualy, any gear level except Deconstruction Zones should be able to have him.
