The mission body doesn't say anything about it being once a day or anything like the Dark Harvest does but when I played it and tried to do another run it locked. Is it supposed to have a time restriction? If so how long is it?

You cant replay it.... He just changed that too. Just keep on redoing it until done, then finish it when done.

I thought this thread would be about having to kill souls in a certain time frame or they despawn. Which I was sad about.

I heard if you leave before the end you can redo the mission (though this might be false, need to test tomorrow). Also you can just join friends in the starting lobby, this works as I did 3 runs today. Though I really dont see the need to do a ton of runs, you only need 1470 tokens per weapon and you can get that much per run.

By rewards they mean the one
By rewards they mean the one at the end of the mission. You still get tokens for doing it with others after you finish your own mission.
It's a Prestige Mission, so it's Daily. You have to wait tomorrow to play it again.
Doesn't stop you from never completing the Mission & farming Lost Souls for Sigils, though.
