I do it have a Black Kat Cowl but I know 2 people who do with Max UV(s)
Dunreave has a Piercing Max one and Jawny has a Normal Max, Shadow Max and Shock High or something like that.
Maybe talk to them about BKCs if you are looking for maxed out UVs.
