I just want to make sure that the Kat Cowl event is on Fridays the 13th. If this is correct, then this year there still will be one of these events in Dec 13th.
Why am I making sure this is right info? Because I have never been on one of these events and am so keen on getting the Kat Cowls. If someone could tell me I would be grateful, or even give me a link to a page with the info. If the info that I got is incorrect please tell me the right info :D

it hasn't got enstabilished times to come back. might be next year or in 4 months, who knows.

nope. it's an event like any other. you will be informed when it comes back with patch notes, mail, even banners on the news tab ect.
