I got "scammed" - Lag issues

Yesterday my alt got scammed by a player named ***_**_*****.

We are in a trade window, and he wanted to buy 40 CE.

He put the crowns (3800) and I put the Energy (400).

Oooopss... 400?????

Yeah, the lagg make the last zero didn't appear for me at time T.T

I asked him to give me the 360 Energy back, but he said "I'm greedy hehehehehehehe".

I've reported him, not sure if it will help anyway.

Other players asked me to do this (yeah, random knights watching the scene).

The "scammer" has logout, and I started to cry all night long.

Can some GM help me? Or the report in-game are sufficient?

Usually when you sent a Report the game sends to the GM a chat log with all the info they need to find out if the report is true or not, so when you made the report the game send the chat log to the GM which contain your chat with such player and the trade you two did so thats enough proof for them to see such player scammed you and they will do whatever the rules says for such situation.

So in other words yes, a in-game report is enough when someone scam you

Are you sure it's lag? You could have double pressed 0 or held it down. To access your keyboard settings on windows 7:

  1. Go to your start menu
  2. click on "Devices and printers"
  3. Right click your keyboard
  4. click keyboard settings

Once there you can change your keyboards repeat rate and repeat delay

Never mind. I guess keyboard setting don't take effect in game. it's good practice to try not to double tap keys in case you end up regretting an extra key press in the future.
