Realistically
Black Rose Set: 100kce - 155kce
Tabard: 20kce - 35kce
Chap: 80kce - 120kce
Expect higher than average offers on chap and less than average offers on tabard; Chap > Tabard in demand, price, etc.
Most buyers will look to the 100kce - 127.5kce lower end. Only really serious and/or rich buyers would go higher than the average.

The demand for it is pretty steady. Though it was recently re-released in Featured Auctions before; with the White Set following soon after. Both sold pretty well in auctions; so I don't believe the price was affected much; if at all. However, be cautious anyways; doesn't hurt to take pre-cautions. Also, this part of the check is opinion-based, so I could be wrong.
