incl. means included or inclusive, as in, "1-12 incl." would mean all the numbers in between AND 1 and 12. In contrast to excl, which would not include 1 and 12.
It would be a location based issue. The server time is different after all.
Maybe someone at OOO spilled coffee on the computer and sprung the server forward a day instead of an hour.
Odds are that it is just a technical error that will be fixed later today as their announcement said it would be going through the 12th. It is currently about March 11th, 5:50-5:55AM where OOO's offices are, meaning nobody is there yet. Give them time to wake up and get to work and I am sure it will be fixed. They may even extend it by a day since it is down for a little bit.
These kinds of things happen, you just have to wait for the people to get to work to fix the kinks.

Silvercom, calm down. there was nothing hinting on what you have said in that comment. it's humor. if you are here for some time, you know OOO style. besides, Aphrodite is a GM, not a dev. she can't do anything about this. I think she's as surprised and hit by this as all of us (unless she was one of the people that got the shields in a flash).
and of all the things you mentioned, two were promos, and two were difficult optional events. I agree that grinchil could have had more than that in rewards, but it was still optional. you aren't forced to do it.

This bug is still in game now. Can you please extend the event for this ? I know that this might sound op, but I don't have much time on the week and it doesn't help that the game doesn't work on the day where I have a bit time. The mission wasn't working for this one day, so it should be extended by one day, or more(please, make it last until next sunday, so everyone gets enough time)
The only thing i got from this is that around 10am - noon on a Monday the developers were not in the office. Either they work from home or flat out don't work on Mondays. Are you guys hiring?:):)
Sorry knights. Looks like a Devil-IT got loose in the office and hacked the Tortodrone mission. You were doing so well thwarting their plans they decided to strike back!

I think the devs work in CA. Most work days start between 9:00-9:30am, which is around noon for EST.

There is no way that the infestation will be removed if the shards have so many flipping hit limits. Jeez, retro shards in gunner update.
