I bought the solstice prize box yes, four of them! I opened them and only got confetti and a variant ticket. From ALL FOUR boxes. I sent an email and have received no response. I was traveling for spring break and unable to log on. They had TWO weeks to respond. I demand my nav costume or or a refund, impossible since I used a mastercard which has already been thrown out over spring break on accident. I demand my awesome stuff

Solstice prize boxes didn't have a single costume in them anyways, so your demands are unreasonable.
But regardless, the prize boxes are supposed to be a bonus on top of energy. That isn't to say we don't buy energy for the boxes, but to Three Rings, the prize boxes have no monetary value.

Now suck it up and stop whining, you chose to spend your cash on a box that had an 80% chance of the reward being a uv ticket.
The boxes were an extra on top of the energy.
