r9 270 Spiral knights doesn't

r9 270
Spiral knights doesn't work properly with AMD HD7000/R9 200. Low settings may reduce broken sprites.

so no solution besides buying

so no solution besides buying a diff graphics card?
or can i tweak the driver settings
