What are the requirements to unlock the Monstrous Research in 7-2? I've finished the other 3 missions, got all the items but the button still has a lock on it. I've never done it before, but the 7-3 missions are unlocked. What happened? Is there something I'm missing?

Did you select the box that said you confirm that you will handover/whatevertheverbwas the mats from the arsenal? I remember there being a button like that that you had to press before handing the stuff in, but i forget what the text beside it was. It might be that?

Think about it
You can only do the research (item submission) missions once. You check a box, ignore the difficulty bar, and start the mission for instant completion. It's so the team at OOO doesn't have to worry about players farming rank points (I forgot the name) through that method. Their replacement is in the prestige section where there is a random new one each day.

If the 7-3 missions are unlocked, it sounds like you're done with it. There's no loading or anything involved, they literally just take the materials from your inventory and give you your rewards. It happens so fast it's easy to miss.

I think I know what went wrong
I just got my hands on the warp dust I needed, but I couldn't find the check box. I've tried repeating the first Monstrous Research before. I know they're not repeatable. Anyway, I think I might have done it before the other 7-2 missions to get the sparks and forgotten about it
This mission requires you to submit some materials. You have the materials? It's not supposed to be confusing. If something weird is happening, then submit a bug report.
