This is very odd to day the least, I bought the first east and west wing for my guild hall (Bubble) and they just didn't turn up!
I published the hall, I left it and re-joined it again but no rooms have appeared. Not sure what to do, in addition I did also send a bug report.
I have also bought and place two sundries and blue pot plants if that changes anything. ~ Coao
